Add some optional fields #41

Add fields country, addressLine1 and addressLine2 to creditor on PaymentInfo. Add fields code and propietary to categoryPurpose on PaymentInfo. Add fields electronic signature, debitor address and organization identification on DirectDebitTransaction.
