Reporting system - Githubissues

As an admin I want to have an ability to block/unblock a project or a user in an admin area
- If project is blocked this project page should not be accessible by any users except admins and project creator
- Either show 404 page or show a special page to indicate that this project was blocked because of reports
- Blocking user should lead to
- User profile page should not be accessible by any users except admins and project creator
- All user projects should not be accessible by any users except admins and project creator
As a user I want to be able to report a project or another user with specific reason (either predefined or custom)
- Predefined reasons:
- Explicit content (disable if project was indicated as explicit)
- Spam (Advertisement?)
- Harassment
- Excessively violent
- Hateful
- Defamatory
- Encouraging illegal activity
As an admin I want to have a Moderation section in the admin area
As an admin I want to have a Moderation settings area where I can configure automoderations
As an admin I want to configure a timespan and an amount of reports for a project to be automatically blocked
- For example project should be automatically blocked if it was reported 10+ times in last 30 minute
