Добавить ещё один пункт меню в карту поиска.

кнопка добавлена, но т.к. можно в appbar 
помещать только 4 кнопки, нужно перенести 
show all в дополнительный список (и в bingmap тоже). 
Возможно, во view обеих карт стоит добавить в 
тот же доп. список настройки, чтобы не 
приходилось возвращаться в главное меню 
менять тип карты.

Порядок иконок:

info, compass, checkpoints, [my location или show all]

Возможно, стоит оставить в иконках show all, 
т.к. show all покажет и местоположение 
пользователя тоже.
