Restore bold fonts #189

Return bold fonts you've changed.

I've changed font for buttons to SemiBold it looks better than bold, I think.

Bold still looks better.

Bold font indeed looks better on small screens. I'm restoring it for big buttons. Small buttons as well as tabs would have semibold font. All other would have ordinary font.

I've also changed font-types. Now they look much better on Windows and work in IE.
