Improve join skwibl form.

There is several improvements that needs to be done for the join skwibl form before release:

• Add client-side validation of for form fields: validate presence of name/email, validate email by regexp
• Add server-side validation for email field.
• Add show/hide password button.

Yet it works in stringiest way possible. Let's say I enter invalid email solomadin@ then when I submit the form system redirects me onto home page and when I go back to join form the flash message at the top says: Can not send confirmation to solomadin@

It is useful but it is not really needed.

It's not the problem of email check, just the error message.
