We should change confirm dialog which appear on "Link" button (+Create -> Link).
Dialog should include link name, confirm and cancel buttons and probably viewport size (can be width and height or dropdown with typical viewports sizes - 320x240, ..., 1980x1200)
Upload dialog should disappear when link dialog is shown. If user press cancel - upload dialog should appear once again, if user choose link and press ok (link should not be empty) - upload progress dialog should be shown (no progress percentage just show the action).
