Currently, data manipulation can only be done through the app/page or directly on Firebase.

Create a portal for authorized user(s) to add classroom support, add student users, modify tickets, etc.

It would be nice if this could have some data views by class session / cohort. For example, tickets opened per hour, word clouds of all opened tickets by time, etc.
