unable to save relatedness results #4

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. calculated allele frequencies
2. calculated pairwise relatedness (kinship)
3. list of results show up, but no means to save output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-"Save results as" creates no file
- no "save to file" check box in the "Sort" pane as described in
"KINGROUP_v2_Manual_ch2_080520.pdf"
-crtl-c does not copy selected results

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 2.090501 on a WinXP platform

Please provide any additional information below.

Problem arises due to large number of individuals.
Population of over 1800 animals... List of sorted pairwise values appears in
console, but I'm unable to export in any manner. Tried on Ubuntu Linux, WinXP
and Win7. Data obviously to large for cache!?!
I need as list, since matrix doesn't do the trick for me. Need to calculate
relatedness means for individual animals.
Any help would be great!
