Address partially succeeded status issue #22

I still need to add logic to cope with scenarios when partially succeeded stage doesn't automatically trigger conditional stage deployment (i.e. per default pipeline triggers configuration). This is only applicable to automated releases and should not affect manual stages orchestration. This to be addressed in the next release.
