MPU-401 Support #1

Adlib Tracker II should be extended to include MPU-401 (UART) interface 
support.  This will allow the tracker to be used as a "standalone FM synth", 
controlled from any digital audio workstation (DAW) by MIDI, greatly extending 
the useability of the software for home studio / professional usage.
