Frontend supports both swapping-to and booting-from any CD in multi-CD Eboot images.
Frontend now clears all backbuffers before returning to emu, fixing occaisional flicker of old menu contents on emu's screen when game doesn't isn't using full screen res.
Don't show FPS stats when menu is active.
