Switched icon path to relative in resource file #1

A very simple change in the resource file to allow compilation on systems that may not have the same file structure as yours.

VS also updated the vcxproj file because I loaded it into VS2015 :/

Thank you! I think i switched to relative path in test but forgot about master branch :/

EDIT: Oh nope...... forgot to commit that even for test branch. Cheers :)
