fix compile error #8

Is it necessary to change the c_api.h? We'd better make it consistent with what it is inside the mxnet.

agreed with @zhangchen-qinyinghua You can have a base.h in common of all mxnet-cpp headers if necessary.

This is already applied to mxnet repo, so we don't have to do it here in mxnet.cpp. closing this issue now
