@jermainewang mentioned that you could be interested in hosting some of your reproducible graph transformers models and datasets on the HuggingFace hub, so I'm mostly opening up the discussion here too! :smiley:

I can give a hand on any models/datasets you would want us to host the weights/files of, to give an easy access to the community, please tell me if there is anything you'd like to start with! :sparkles:

Plugging the discussion started about linking DGL and HuggingFace here.

Hi, @clefourrier. We have been working on decomposing and developing utilities in DGL for graph transformers. We are planning to reproduce and pre-train two graph transformer models this month, including Graphormer and Transformer-M. Thanks for your kind support. I will update the progress here if any of them is ready to be released.
