Add a post for mxnet R tutorial #2

I have two questions:

  1. Am I using the tag system correctly? tags: [mxnet, R]
  2. When I compile the site locally, the text quoted between two ```s doesn't keep its original format thus the code piece and its output is a mess. Is there a quick solution?

the markdown parser is changed from kramdown to redcapter to format the code better.
