separate QFT from Collation in Schemas #2

collation.includes note which is one of several elements that supports quasi facsimile transcription. I haven't found a way to put those in separate schema files, both of which can be included in the book schema.

I have redefined note in collation as a text field. I have learned how to override that in a second XML schema that includes collation. I have a complex example that does that, but shortly will commit a much simpler one that will show the mechanism involved.
