User documentation for field theoretic simulations (partial saddle point)

Steps:

• [x] Modify README file to refer to SCFT and FTMC
• [ ] Modify About section to refer to SCFT and FTMC
• [x] Add a section of User Manual section named "Types of Calculation" after "Running a Program".
• [x] Add SIMULATE, COMPRESS, and WRITE_TIMERS commands to user_commands_pc page
• [ ] Add a "Field Theoretic Monte Carlo" subsection to section on parameter files, immediately after Parameter Sweeps. This would include information about available Monte Carlo Moves (only two, thus far).
