add Wu mapping table #112

We use Wiktionary's Wu Romanization, which is explained in the second source above

in the Wiktionary dump, the Wu entry has the tone first, so it looks like: 4poq

Wiktionary uses the Shanghainese dialect, but mapping to Suzhounese from other romanizations could be done: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Romanization_of_Wu_Chinese
