`panphon>=0.20` required but latest release it panphon 0.19.1 #146

epitran requires panphon>=0.20 in its setup.py: https://github.com/dmort27/epitran/blob/eb44c99009235afa43001df1bc6f7c72bebdc056/setup.py#L16

The latest available release of panphon is 0.19.1, though: https://github.com/dmort27/panphon/releases

On PyPi 0.20.0 is the latest release (their last commit reverted something, maybe they removed the release on GitHub?)
