Panphon 0.18 not available on PyPI #25

I see that issue #24 was fixed in version 0.18, but when I pip install panphon, I still get the deprecated warning because the latest version available on PyPI is 0.17.

My apologies, I just noticed that issue #24 is fixed on the current master branch, presumably still in development, and not in 0.18. So this issue is not a real issue, 0.18 would not help me. I will close it now.
