Disable modification of the routes of a gym after a competition #29

My results for Nanterre Juin 2022 are completely wrong: I did not climb any 6c+

If we want the personal results to still be correct later, we need the route list to be fixed for ever after a competition.

This should not affect the results for the competition but yes it's a problem for these statistics and it will be a problem for the new Activities feature..

We need to ability to create different route sets.. one route set is the main one for the gym and is updated as routes change, another route set is only for a competition.. both could be modified on their own so they should also be versioned with every change..

We can check if a route list is not used anywhere and delete it to save space. Need to think about this a bit more.
