[x] Replace celery+rabbit with azure functions to fetch data and store/visualize them in db.

[ ] Also to export ER diagrams and publish them to git/docs site -> Output png is stored to datadisk, where a function is run, and pushes that file to git repo....
[ ] Move to one single branch, not a repo
