repair path traversing vulnerability #33

... and create tims-images later in script to show the already existing ones.

  1. On first start I got an error, because tims folder did not exist. This tweak adds tims-folders automaticly.
  2. tims-images are created at the end if the index.php. If some tims are missing, the already available images are displayed while new tims are calculated.
