Update the link to be more specific about which EasyMDE version is used #9

Thanks for the great project. I initially got a bit confused because the link took me to an abandoned NPM project. So I hope this update makes it easier for everyone to precisely see what's going on.

Making the version visible should also make it -- perhaps -- easier for people to spot when it needs updating.
