Provides bonuses to various types of rolls. Some of these are for variable changes that the system can't handle (like Inspiration). Some are a fake implementation of changes that the system just doesn't support.

[BUG] Item Piles NPC is producing errors from having nested items #31
Not sure what exactly is going on. I don't know if it's because it's in a container, in a container on an Item Piles NPC, or if it's because it's an Item Piles NPC (or even something else ¯_(ツ)_/¯ )
Here is a link to an actor causing errors in the log. The errors are almost certainly benign, but I should be able to keep them from happening
