what is `neut_standard_2` in your experiments? #2

You include both neut_standard and neut_standard_2 barcodes in your neutralization standard barcodes, but I can't see what neut_standard_2 is in the context of your experiments? Did you use a second neutralization standard, and if so why doesn't it show up in your antibody config file. If you didn't, remove this because it's confusing if you only used one standard.

I am closing the above issue with the following edits made:

  1. The neut_standard_2 barcodes have been removed with the following commit 22e442442072475bd6d5c7d555deedc7c9a29e7d because they are not used in any of the experiments
