why are most of your mutations unintended? #3

The build_codon_variants notebook indicates most of your mutations in your library are unintended ones. But I thought you were basically targeting mutagenesis of the entire gene? If so, why are most of your mutations unintended? Is this really a result of your libraries being badly messed up, or just inaccurate specification of the mutation_design_classification file?

Likewise, I don't understand how your build_codon-variants file has categories like paired positive selection showing up since I don't think you had such a category in your library design?

This was due to using an inaccurate mutation_design_classification file. I am closing the above issue with the following edits made:

  1. Amutation_design_classification file that reflects the library design of a saturated mutagenesis of the entire LASV GPC was added with the following commit 22e442442072475bd6d5c7d555deedc7c9a29e7d
