This issue is a work in progress because it might not be desirable to show all phylogroup I lyssaviruses on the same tree.
@Caleb-Carr I think you updated this to be just for rabies circulating strains as requested. If so, I can go ahead and close this issue (or you can close it, as well).
Yes, current version is just Rabies viruses. This seems like the best option because there aren't many sequences for other phylogroup I lyssaviruses and they tend to be quite diverged from rabies, which skews antibody escape coloring.
Currently, all analysis is restricted to rabies viruses. To look at potential pan-lyssavirus analysis, it might be good to include all phylogroup I lyssa viruses. However, expanding outside of phylogroup I probably isn't a good idea because the different viruses become quite diverged from rabies.
