Adjust site_numbering_map.csv

change numbering/confirm numbering scheme
change annotation to specific sub-domains; transmembrane should be c-terminal region

Figure 1 schematic

show signal peptide where mutated
change color of signal peptide and c-terminal region
show full rabies G on the top of the
add 10 positions to each row to show full heatmap in 1C. (potentially widen figure).

Fixed the natural_sequence_site column in site_numbering_map.csv to match reference numbering and re-ran natural sequence analysis in the following commit: 451ef6cdb7c123799f99ff4234c8e3d76af098d0
