We really want to make about as low as possible before spurious looking escape comes through. So this may be more like -5 or -6.

OK, what was the basis of choosing -5 versus -6? I'm not disagreeing, just curious how you chose.

I think for some of the antibodies I was seeing spurious mutations arise. I can certainly re-check this when I add in the CR4098 and the RVC58 replicates and see what happens.
