@jbloom one reviewer comment is about the fact that our libraries lack many mutations in spike and that may be bad for predictions. One thing that I want to add in response is to modify the table we have in S.Fig.1b that shows how many mutations in clades descendant from recent major clades we cover in our library by including BA.2.86 in that table.
