This pull request updates the Pango clade definitions to use the file from March-1-2024. The only meaningful change to the results is in the non_rbd_binding_natural notebook, where
there are now additional entries in the table with non-RBD binding-enhancing mutations that occur in multiple clades
the table of coverage of mutations in Pango clades in our experiments now includes BA.2.86 and has slightly updated numbers for other clades as well
