@WillHannon-MCB, I am making this pull request to include some tweaks I made to clean up and better understand what you did. This is designed to make the page hostable for the test example, and also to make it backward compatible if someone doesn't to build the VitePress docs.
Also, your example kept incorrectly saying "viral receptor" whereas we are studying "viral entry proteins", not receptors.
If these changes look good, can you merge this pull request into your branch. I will then review your updated branch and merge that into main.
