make summary plots customizable for antibody order #66

Currently the summary plots show the antibody escape maps in alphabetical order. It would be useful if we can customize this (such as to show antibodies together that target similar epitopes). Can the order of the antibodies be the same as what we list in summaries_config.yml?

@bblarsen-sci, this should be addressed in version 3.4.6
