After confirming that the log2 fold change ICXX is highly consistent with beta values as escape score measurements, we decided that betas would actually be easier to interpret in the context of escape maps. I'd like to remove all of the ICXX plots from the analysis to avoid confusion. Can you add an option to run the pipeline without ICXX analysis? @jbloom
