Troubleshoot updated VEP pipeline for flu data #1

Set up a basic repo based on the SARS-CoV-2_Delta_spike_DMS analysis, and copied over relevant files from the old jbloomlab/flu_h3_hk19_dms analysis. Now need to run the analysis and see whether anything in the centralized dms-vep pipeline breaks when handling H3 data.
