Incorporates pipeline update that generates icXX plots, and analyzes how these icXX values correspond to beta values for escape measurements. We see that plotting IC90s does not change any escape trends, but just increases the overall magnitude of escape. Beta values are almost exactly 70% of the calculated IC90 for each mutation.
