Half of the pediatric sera were run at overly potent concentrations against libA, which is inconsistent with the rest of the serum selections. Here I incorporate re-sequencing of this sera against libA at better concentrations. scratch_notebooks/230605_mds_analysis and scratch_notebooks/230710_model_concentrations include updated analysis of these models, and generation of updated escape dfs for PCA/UMAP visualizations.
