Problem adding questions #11

I installed the system and all was working good but now is not working. When I 
try to add a question I see this:

Unable to submit your question. Please, try again laterSQLSTATE[23000]: 
Integrity constraint violation: 1452 Cannot add or update a child row: a 
foreign key constraint fails (`madetsv_mgnt1`.`mgnt_md_productqa`, CONSTRAINT 
`mgnt_md_productqa_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`product_id`) REFERENCES 
`mgnt_catalog_product_entity` (`entity_id`) ON DELETE CASCADE ON UPDATE CASCADE)

I have Magento 1.7.0.0

What can I do?
