Error fetching floor plan. [Service error: Bad Request] #125

Hello, I have a problem with the anyplace app. When I am trying to download a building, the floor map and Pois, I take this message "Error fetching floor plan. [Service error: Bad Request]". I tried this on 4 android devices connected to different routers and I had the same problem. The pins of the buildings are on the map, but when you press on them the Error message appears. I can't start the wi-fi recording also .A message appears to Load map before recording... Am I doing something wrong? Thank You in advance, best regards Binelas Miltos

What is the building name?

It's not a certain bulding, if You try to see the buildings in Thessaloniki like Meditteranean Cosmos You will see what I'm talking about. A building also in Florina city North Greece.

The error fetching floor plan [Service error: Bad Request] probably means that the building has no floor plans because it wasn't uploaded by the owner of the building.
