Refactor add-on code #50

This is still under development. I want to create it already to make some discussion if it will be needed.

@dmslabsbr I will inform you when it will be ready. What left:

translate more to English
add some docstrings
extract methods to classes
more tests on HA, current only standalone.

@dmslabsbr it looks like ready for additional testing. If you will have time please test it on your side. And when you will say that it is ok, please merge it.
