Backup of js libraries #14

We need to back up libraries like pooper, jquery etc in order to maintain what we already have in the front without broken the same front every time that libraries has an update

The libraries are already stored in the release part of this project and also at the moment we install everything into the raspberry destination we download this if is not in the project using wget.
