Bug in the download of local libraries #39

Objective

We need to change the way we get the local libraries in the InstalacionBase.py script because now that this repository is private we are not able to download the local libraries, maybe after the end of this project we are going to release a free version or maybe not but thats why we need to think if we are going to do that or not and on regards that we are going to take de choice if we are going to use the wget python library or the box sdk

This script is now a bash script whihc has the name coreDependencies and all the installation will be there in that way
