Use sonarqube to scan static code

Objective

We need to review how to use sonarqube for scan the code we made in this project and generate reports through github actions. A tutorial about this can be found by clicking here Also maybe we can host in other place, like in another server so the next documentation of sonarqube could be useful, click here to go to that documentation. I asked about this to a work partner so they told me the next:

solo en la parte de postgress lo instale con la guia del sitio
y en la parte de la instalacion de sonarqube, para descargar los archivos use la version TLS
que es la unica que me daba los binarios
