We need to add a page of only one time that will take the first configuration of the project like the user name, etc. This in order to configure the first time this information in the appData json file, also maybe we can add more parameters to that json file, to do something more than just configuration and this information we have

We can insert this frame with a scrollbar showed in the welcome page of the app and after going to the last part of it unlock the cargar button
