Review the storage and host of the server using AWS #59

Objective

We need to review if its going to be better to use AWS to store the final releases and also the API because apparently there is a posibility to create a flask application using an AWS lambda and a docker image, so we can still use flask and is going to be better to use a AWS lambda because we are going to pay only for the executions of this lambda and not for the living host, this is going to be better also to keep the releases in an S# bucket of aws. This should be reviewed carefully because it could be the better option.
