Publish version 6.5.0 on pypi #18

Looking at release history of ivy on Pypi version 6.4.1 is shown as the latest version. Yet this repository's tags list includes 6.5.0

It seems that "ivy" has been renamed to "ark" and there are separate projects present on pypi for each (see ivy and ark). IMHO the relation, i.e. ark supersedes ivy, could be made more explicit on pypi and also in this project's README, helping users to find their way to the latest version of this project.

FWIW: The pypi release history still does not show the 6.5.0 tag; maybe the 6.5.0 refers to the first ark release?
