Afaik you should not use latest dev build for 1.12 server ... :/ Release 4.8.0 is good.

english please, and what is girmac ? I guess you mean grimAC ? Hm... That supports 1.12 and needs 5.x ProtocolLib... maybe try the one of the older dev builds like 606 ...
