Describe the bug
server lag when the first player joined, and the problem no longer occurred when I uninstalled ProtocolLib,but this kind of lag is short-lived and may only last for 1-3 seconds
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Add protocollib in 1.21.1 paper server
Start Server
First Player Joined
