Minimum segment length before skipping #145

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be great if we could add a parameter to define a minimum segment before choosing to skip. i.e. Segments that are 2-3 seconds long don't need to be skipped.

Describe the solution you'd like Another parameter in the config which lets you define a minimum second threshold before it skips.

Additional context Apps like SmartTube have this as an option for their SponsorBlock integration.

It's not a bad idea, IIRC it was fixed at 1 second at some point, and maybe still is
